  • Gill Payne

    Executive Director of Public Impact, National Housing Federation

    Gill has worked in both the public and the private sector with her early career spent mainly in the financial services industry.  More recently Gill has worked for the Countryside Agency and the Commission for Rural Communities. Gill's team leads the Federation’s work on behalf of housing associations and the people they serve, in the areas of campaigns, policy, research and communications at national, regional and local levels.

    Andre's initial career was in banking which lead to being responsible for a group of branches, before moving to the social housing sector over 12 years ago. He now holds a senior position at Aster.

  • Jon Delahunty

    Chief Executive, Innisfree

    John became chief executive of Innisfree Housing Association in June 2012. Prior to this he worked with Hyde Housing Association, and was services director at Hyde Southbank Homes and acting managing director at Hyde Minster in Peterborough. In February 2013, John was elected as chair of g320, the grouping of smaller London housing associations.

  • Katrina Robinson MBE

    Head of Legal Services, Optivo

    Katrina was awarded the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to social housing in the 2016 New Year’s Honours List. She is passionate about protecting the victims of anti-social behaviour and personally takes on all hate crime litigation at Optivo (previously Viridian) and is the chair of the in-house LGBT Group. Katrina is also the founding member and chair of the Tenancy Fraud Forum which brings together all social landlords to identify and stop tenancy fraud. 

  • Claire Warren

    Chief Executive, Pickering and Ferens Homes

    A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and with a BA (Hons) degree in Housing Studies, Claire has a social housing career spanning 27 years. She has worked as a Chief Executive for the last 14 years and has significant experience in non-executive roles and currently holds Directorships with Gentoo Homes, Sunderland and Procurement for Housing. Claire is appointed to the National Housing Federation's National Smaller Housing Association Group, the National Efficiency Group and participates with both CIH and NHF Groups at a regional level.
